The firm was established to provide businesses in North Kerala with audit and advisory support of the standard usually associated with larger metropolitan practices, while retaining the accessibility of a local firm. Over the years the practice has grown to five partners and a qualified associate, supported by a team of article assistants and paraprofessionals.

Our mission is straightforward: help clients meet every statutory obligation accurately and on time, and provide advice that is technically sound, commercially practical and documented well enough to withstand scrutiny.

All partners are members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the firm operates under the ICAI Code of Ethics. Engagements follow the applicable Standards on Auditing and internal quality review procedures.
